What to expect
We sell all kinds of different items and those items are always changing. Everything from napkins to heavy machinery. The composition of each order influences our delivery methods. Because some of our items lack their original packaging, we assess each shipment meticulously to ensure a safe and efficient process for our customers.
Most of our items are pre-assembled in-house as part of our quality assurance program. This saves you time, effort and allows us to validate each item is 100% ready to perform. The rest of our merchandise is also brand new, but in factory sealed boxes/packages. In those cases, we do not open/assemble the merchandise.
Bottom line, if a box has been opened, we’re digging in and verifying it’s ready to go before we list it. If it’s sealed from the factory, we will deliver it sealed. Either way, you’re getting exactly what you expected, at the best possible price, with the best delivery experience.
Taking the “risk” out of discount retail
Buying overstock/liquidation/distressed merchandise can be risky. You never know what you’re going to get! We take full responsibility for that risk and only sell verified products. All items go through our Item Verification Process, which includes functionality testing, ensuring each item is complete and documenting any blemishes (rare) so you know exactly what you’re buying. The only surprise we want to give you is the shock of a low price!
Pallets arrive from various suppliers around the country. We inspect each and every individual item off those pallets. We review the overall condition, checklist the parts sheet to ensure no critical parts or accessories are missing, and physically test the functionality (when possible). We aim to take the risk out of liquidation buying, while still delivering the savings of a low overhead, local operation.
We intentionally keep our delivery area small to deliver you the best value possible. Despite the small footprint, we cover half of the population of NH!
