Most of our larger items are pre-assembled in-house as part of our item inspection process. This saves you time, effort and allows us to validate each item is brand new and ready to perform. The remainder of our merchandise is also brand new overstock that we were able to secure at a massive discount in factory sealed boxes/packages.
In summary, if it’s an “open box” item you can trust that we’ve reviewing the product and verified it’s ready to go before we list it on our website. If it’s sealed from the factory, we will deliver it sealed.

Pallets of new items arrive from various suppliers around the country. Purchased in bulk, directly from retailers that, frankly, bit off more than they could chew. We review the overall condition of each item to verify it is brand new. Items with even the smallest blemish are placed in our “scratch and dent” section, and only in that section where you can save up to 90% off MSRP. If the item is in an open box, we checklist the parts sheet to ensure no critical parts or accessories are missing, and physically test the functionality (where necessary). All items go through our IVP (Item Verification Process). Our 5 star customer rating shows we will be there to support you before, during and after the sale.
