Are these all new products?

We only sell brand new products. Approximately 70% of our merchandise is overstock from large retailers that simply bought too much. Around 25% of our merchandise are “open-box” items. You’ll always know if you’re looking at an open box item because before you can add it to your cart, a pop-up message will ask you to “OK” it. No surprises here! We inspect each and every open-box item to ensure the product itself is brand new, never used and free of any blemishes. Open-box merchandise may be missing packaging, or be repackaged.

Do I get free delivery?

If you’re located in Zone 1 of our service area, we offer FREE SAME/NEXT DAY DELIVERY on every item!* To ensure we can continue to offer these deals our minimum order total is just $29.99. That keeps our trucks on the road and helps us save you hundreds on the items you want! Remember, your getting bulk liquidation prices where you typically need to buy a pallet or more! $29.99 isn’t so bad now is it ;) We utilize a small fleet of branded delivery vehicles to get your order to your door as quickly and efficiently as possible. Small items may be delivered in an electric vehicle (100% powered by our solar powered warehouse). Larger items will ship via a box truck with a liftgate to ensure your items arrive safely. We get your order to you fast, free and efficiently, no matter the size or weight!

How do I pay for it?

We accept all major credit cards, cashiers checks, as well as Venmo and PayPal. We do not accept COD (cash on delivery) or any other form of payment at the time of delivery or pickup. Our drivers do not carry cash. Payment must be received before we can prevent particular item(s) from being sold to another customer and begin the fulfillment process. Once your order process is complete, your items will be pulled and loaded for delivery (or scheduled for pickup in Auburn, NH if you prefer that option). We’re unable to “hold” merchandise without an order being completed. Quantities are always limited, so buy it when you see it! Another customer may purchase the item you are interested in at any point in the process, up to the time you complete your order. Where are you located?

All items ship from our 4,000 sqft warehouse located just off rt. 101 in beautiful Auburn, NH. Items are shipped directly to your door via our network of delivery cars & trucks you may see on the road.

If you live outside our delivery service area or you simply prefer to pick up your item, we’re happy to schedule a pickup time that works best for you. Select ““Schedule a pickup” as your shipping option at checkout and we will call you by phone to arrange a order pickup time. What about warranties, refunds and returns?*

The Real Deal NH will make every reasonable effort to ensure you’re thrilled with your purchase including a refund. We allow up to 14 day’s past the date of delivery to request a return authorization. OK…where’s “the fine print” ?

*Same day delivery applies to orders placed before 10am and is not guaranteed. After 10am, same day delivery is possible however in most cases you will receive your order the following day. We reserve the right to cancel and refund any order that does not meet our expectations for driver safety.
