How are these prices so low?

We’re wholesale buyer's and seller's, lead by more than 25 years of industry experience. We hope to bridge the gap; give you a warm local brick and mortar feel & service, at today’s competitive online prices. We acquire our merchandise through private auctions, retail closeouts, store closing’s and bulk liquidation's ONLY if they meet our prodigious standards for quality and value. Not just a low price, but REAL value that get’s you more than what you paid for, regardless of the price. We keep our service area small to ensure your money is going towards the product, not the handling and transportation of that product. Additionally, physical stores are expensive to build/lease, operate, maintain and staff! From buying shopping carts, to the heat and air conditioning bills, YOU, the customer are paying for all of it. Virtually none of those price driver’s exist when you shop with us, including the light bill! Our Distribution Center is 100% solar powered/heated/cooled and off grid. Cutting these MASSIVE expenses out, is how we can save you more than any other discount store, including larger online stores! Do I get free delivery?

If you’re located in our service area, we offer FREE CURBSIDE DELIVERY on ALL ITEMS! We utilize a small fleet of delivery vehicles to get your order to your door as quickly and efficiently as possible. Small items may be delivered in an electric vehicle (powered 100% by our solar powered Distribution Center). Larger items/orders ship via a large truck with a liftgate to ensure your items arrive safely. We will get your order to you FAST, FREE and efficiently, no matter the size or weight!

What’s the story with the merchandise?

As a general rule of thumb; all items are new, name brand, top quality.** We do not sell used, damaged or refurbished items. Original packaging may be missing or torn, but EVERY item is physically validated by our team prior to listing it for sale. Packaging that’s not factory sealed will be fully inspected and tested (if applicable) prior to listing. Any items we cannot guarantee as new (very rare) is clearly identified as such on the product details page, and offered at an even steeper discount; up to 80% OFF MSRP! Same goes for any items missing minor parts and/or accessories. We do everything we can to ensure there are no surprises, other than our CRAZY LOW PRICES! How do I pay for it?

We accept all major credit cards, cashiers checks, Venmo as well as Paypal for payment. We’re unable to “hold” merchandise. Everything is based on a first-order, first-serve, basis. Quantities are always limited, so buy it when you see it! It may not be there in another minute! Where are you located?

All items ship from our climate controlled, 4,000 sqft warehouse located just off rt. 101 in beautiful Auburn, NH. All items are shipped directly to your door* via our own network of friendly delivery trucks you may see on the road. We do not have a “showroom” so please ensure you’ve reviewed all pictures and read the item description prior to purchasing. What about warranties, refunds and returns?*

The Real Deal NH will make every reasonable effort to ensure you’re thrilled with your purchase. Please contact us if you run into any problems after the sale, (to us, that’s when customer service matters most). Due to the nature of the closeout and liquidation business, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We do not allow returns or exchanges to ensure we can continue to bring you the best value possible. Most new items will include all original paperwork, including warranty information cards (if applicable). OK…where’s “the fine print” ?

It’s not that fine. Like we said, NO GAMES! Same day delivery may be available on orders placed M-F before 8:00am, though this is not promised. Most orders are delivered next, or second day. Please be aware, there are periods of the year (holidays for example) when we are unable to meet our goal of same, or next day deliveries due to increased sales volume, weather related delays or other unforeseen challenges. Lastly, if you're located outside our service area, we still may be able to deliver your items! In those situations the first 20 miles are FREE (roundtrip) and it's just $1 per mile after that (also calculated based on round trip distances). *We reserve the right to cancel and refund any order that does not meet our expectations for driver or product safety. In those cases, we will contact you to arrange an alternative location, or to offer a refund. Depending on the situation, we reserve the right to withhold up to a 20% restocking fee.
