Leveraging experience from my 25 year career overseeing multi-unit discount retail operations across the Northeast, I saw up close the continued failure’s of modern retail. Physical stores suffer from crippling overhead, overcomplicating what should be a simple transaction and antiquated inventory purchasing processes, leading to frequent and expensive liquidations.

Conversely, large online corporations offer a better price but that price comes at a cost of a cold, purely transactional customer experience, detached from local communities.

The Real Deal NH was founded to address both problems through a potent hybrid retail model. We capitalize on these traditional retailer failures by acquiring in bulk, heavily discounted liquidation merchandise at massive savings.
